Sashe na 2: Nau'ikan da Tsarin Shinkafa
Tarihin noman shinkafa ana iya bibiyarsa har zuwa shekaru 12,000–16,000 kafin haihuwar Almasihu a lardin Hunan na kasar Sin. Bayan yaduwar noman ta a kasar Sin, shinkafa ta fara yaduwa a hankali zuwa yamma, zuwa Indiya sannan zuwa Turai a zamanin Tsakiyar Zamani. - Glume
